For couples seeking wedding information, First Baptist Church of Pearland offers the services of an experienced Wedding Coordinator. Marita Anderson has been the Wedding Coordinator at First Baptist Pearland for many years. Her expertise planning and organization help the wedding rehearsal and ceremony to go smoothly. Marita’s goal is to assist couples in planning a beautiful wedding that edifies Christ and the sanctity of marriage. Marita’s focus and ministry is ensuring that the ceremony follows our church policies and procedures, and is in keeping with our Baptist beliefs. The bride and groom will receive information regarding church policies on candles, music, photography, facilities and equipment available, pastor counseling, fees and payment. Marita also conducts the rehearsal, deals with minor emergencies and offers last minute directions.
Please Note: Alcoholic beverages/smoking/offensive language or conduct will not be tolerated at anytime on the church premises.
