Zach was called in August of 2015 to serve as Worship Pastor. Zach has spent the last 15+ years serving on staff as Worship Pastor to churches in both Louisiana and Texas, giving leadership to music, technical, and creative arts ministries. Zach has spent the last 15+ years serving on staff as Worship Pastor to churches in both Louisiana and Texas. Before that, he spent several years traveling as a worship leader for events, camps, and retreats for over 250 churches in 6 states. Zach received his Master of Worship Arts from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Bachelor of Church Music from Louisiana College.
Zach’s heart is to see people come to know God on a deeper level and experience Him in even more powerful ways. Born and raised in Natchitoches, LA; in his spare time he enjoys building things, restoring his El Camino, and learning to use his new smoker.
Zach has been leading worship alongside his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, for over 20 years now. They were married in 2001, and together they have two children: Mackenzie and Deacon.
Mike graduated from Troy University with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing. He received his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mike has completed one and a half years of Clinical Pastoral Education and is a graduate of The Beeson Institute for Advanced Church Leadership through Asbury Theological Seminary.
Mike’s wife, Patti, is an elementary school teacher, who has taught for over 35 years. They have two children, a son and a daughter, and five grandchildren.
Pastor Jaime was born and raised in the Houston area. Jaime and Megan were married in 2009. Megan has been serving as a pediatric nurse since May 2004 and they have two beautiful twin daughters, Maisy & Payton.
Jaime Rios answered his call to ministry in 2011. Jaime was licensed to preach the Gospel in June 2013 and, in August 2013, graduated from The College of Biblical Studies with a Bachelors in Christian Leadership. Jaime is continuing his education by starting on his Masters at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in the Fall of 2014.
Jaime came to FBC Pearland in the Spring of 2011 and served as a Student Intern. In September 2013, he served as the Interim Student Pastor and Children’s Pastor in our time of transition. He now serves as the Pastoral intern at FBCP.
